Mentally, Emotionally, Spiritually, & Physically
Open to Christian beliefs, this book is for anyone struggling to find inner peace or aspiring to find that proverbial place where “life is good,” not just for the moment but for a lifetime. Open to Christian beliefs, this book is for anyone struggling to find inner peace or aspiring to find that proverbial place where “life is good,” not just for the moment but for a lifetime. Conventional thinking might suggest that you start from where you are, amidst current conflicts and old patterns and habits. Connie Kim Livingston takes an alternative approach, starting with a “clean slate,” beginning with an optimal vision of yourself, a fully transformed you, then working from the inside out to make that vision a reality.
The process takes time. It requires work, and constant conscious effort. Clean Slate provides a thirty-three day jumpstart to thrust you into full gear with this process. Each day a Word of the Day is introduced and explored through four aspects of well-being: mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical, the key being that all are aligned and working together. Clean Slate gives you tools to stay on track and persevere with the process until old habits become a thing of the past and new, more cohesive ways of thinking, speaking, and acting take hold.
Working from the inside out, Clean Slate will help you to achieve the highest levels of accountability, which, paradoxically, will free you to take charge of your life and find true happiness and harmony.

In order to get you started, I took the liberty to preestablish beliefs, mindsets, and goals (BMG's) for each area of well-being based on universal principles. Please be certain that you are in complete agreement with each belief, mindset, and goal before diving into the first Word of the Day. This four-step framework is entirely reliant upon this first step and cannot be skipped.
1. ESTABLISH: your beliefs, mindsets, and goals for each area of your well-being;
navigate unwavering from your navigational control center defined below.
2. UNITE: all four internal teammates: Mind, Heart, Spirit, and Body as one cohesive team.
3. ALIGN: as internal team Manager, you are solely responsible to nurture, encourage, and
manage your teammates to maintain alignment to their specific established beliefs, mindsets, and goals.
4. ABIDE: you simply abide by all that YOU establish for yourself. And to secure your character
and integrity, you aim to unite, align, and abide 100 percent of the time
