Connie Kim Livingston, a child of the 60s, the youngest of five siblings, and one of dozens of cousins, grew up as an earnest observer of interpersonal relationships. Her exposure to a colorful myriad of human dynamics early in life ignited her passion for learning about human behavior, psychology, and spirituality, which became her lifelong pursuit.
In the mid-nineties, a series of personal challenges caused Connie’s life to spiral out of control. In turning to the wealth of knowledge and self-help tools and resources she’d accumulated over the years; she discovered that nothing seemed to address her struggles in the holistic manner she’d hoped they would.
In her desperation to become whole and vibrant again, to somehow push the reset button, Connie took matters into her own hands by embarking on an intense internal exploration and synthesis of various constructs in human well-being which ultimately turned her life around. Inspired to help others reassemble their lives, Connie created Clean Slate—an all-encompassing resource for achieving mental, emotional, spiritual and physical well-being by working “from the inside out.”
Connie is a retired Southern California school teacher with specialized expertise in character development. Proud Mom of two, and a doting “Grammy” of one, she resides with her husband of 25 years in Hawaii on the picturesque island of Kauai.
